DEEP WATER BOTTOM FISHING
This season is open for a period of time in June and also offered in the month of
September. This fishery targets 7 Rockfish and 2 Ling cod- the same delicious white fish
great for baking or frying. Rock fish can weigh anywhere between 3 to 8 pounds with
Lingcod coming in at 10 to 40+ pounds. It’s not uncommon to catch the vibrantly colored,
Canary rockfish while on these excursions. These trips are longer than our nearshore bottom fishing trips and return to port between 4 and 5pm.
This varies based on catch rate, distance to the fishing grounds and weather.

Not offered but there’s always a chance to spot one.
All boats have inside seating. Dress warm & bring rain gear.
A one-day license can be purchased in the office prior to boarding.
